Strength Training


So you want to gain some strength ? You're in the right place.
With that 5x5 program you will achieve some serious gains. The first trainings will be very easy but you will see that you'll feel stronger in few days with only 3 exercises per day 3 times a week!


Start with 25% of your 1 max repetition in all exercises!

Training A - 5x5 Squat
5x5 Bench Press
5x5 Barbell Row

Training B - 5x5 Squat
5x5 Military shoulder press
5x5 Deadlift

Now you will alternate between training and you will increase 2.5 kg every day you do an exercise.

Week 1 you will do ABA
week 2 BAB
week 3 ABA
week 4 BAB

You will increase a lot of strength always increasing 2.5 kg from training to training!
But one day you will fail so you try again on the next training and if you fail 3 times you reduce 20% on that exercise and you will do the same again.
When you arrive to the weight that you failed you will now be able to pass that mark!
